20 Mile Run - BUST

I was supposed to run 20 miles today. No such luck. I made it 7 and had to stop. :( My knee was really hurting. I was so bummed. I hope it heals before the big race. Mike did awesome and did 13 today! Way to go Mike! I am proud of you!
